2Filing a Trade Assurance Claim

If something goes wrong with your order, here's how to file a claim step by step.

Open the Order

Go to Buyer Dashboard → Orders → Click the affected order.

Click 'Open Dispute'

Find the 'Open Dispute' button on the order detail page.

Select Dispute Type

Choose: Product quality, Wrong item, Not received, Damaged, Short shipment.

Upload Evidence

Attach photos, videos, and documents proving the issue.

Set Your Expectation

Choose: Full refund, Partial refund, or Replacement shipment.

Submit Claim

Submit and await the supplier's response (48hr deadline).
