Trade Assurance applies to orders created and paid through Gloseg. Payments arranged privately outside the platform carry no protection, because there is no record to review.

Cover is scoped to the order terms you both accepted: quantity, specification, and shipment window. It is not a general warranty on commercial outcomes.

A claim is decided on evidence. Photographs on arrival, the inspection report, the bill of lading, and the accepted quote carry far more weight than a written account of events.

Deadlines matter. Raise an issue as soon as it is visible, and always inside the window stated in the refund and return rules.
