Connect your AI assistant to Gloseg

Set up your assistant

  1. 1Open ChatGPT Apps settings and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there. If the option is missing, ask a ChatGPT admin to enable it for your workspace.
  2. 2Open the New plugin dialog .
  3. 3Enter Gloseg: Africa's B2B Hub as the name and paste the Gloseg connection address above into the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this warning for every custom connection), then click Create.
  5. 5Sign in with your Gloseg account when prompted, enable Gloseg from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to find suppliers or products on Gloseg.

Refresh after Gloseg updates

Assistants remember what Gloseg could do when you first connected. After we ship updates, refresh the connection so your assistant picks up the latest capabilities.

  1. 1Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select Gloseg.
  2. 2Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
  3. 3ChatGPT cannot change an existing connection's address. If the address above changed, delete Gloseg from Plugins and set it up again.
  4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use Gloseg.
