Payment Policy
1. Initial Consultation: We offer a complimentary initial consultation to understand your project requirements and provide an estimate.
2. Quotation: Upon agreement on project scope and deliverables, we will provide a detailed quotation outlining costs, timelines, and terms.
3. Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work commences. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin the design process.
4. Milestones: For larger projects, payments may be structured based on milestones or stages of completion. Each milestone will be clearly defined in the project agreement.
5. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before final deliverables are transferred or released.
6. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal.
7. Late Payments: Payments are due within 30 days from the date of invoice. A late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance may be charged for invoices not paid within this period. This fee will accrue every 30 days that the payment remains outstanding.
8. Cancellation: Should the project be canceled after work has commenced, fees for work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
9. Client Satisfaction: We prioritize client satisfaction. Revisions and adjustments within the scope of the original agreement are included to ensure the final deliverables meet your expectations.
Delivery Policy
Project Completion: Upon completion of the project, iConic Media will deliver the final agreed-upon deliverables to the client.
Delivery Format: Final deliverables will typically be provided in digital format unless otherwise specified. Formats may include high-resolution files, vector files (where applicable), and any other specified formats needed for the project.
Delivery Timeline: Final deliverables will be delivered within 1 business day after receipt of final payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Review: The client will have 2 business days to review the final deliverables and notify iConic Media of any necessary revisions or adjustments within the scope of the original agreement.
Revisions: iConic Media will accommodate reasonable revisions to the final deliverables within the scope of the original project agreement and will strive for client satisfaction.
Additional Services: Any additional services or revisions requested beyond the scope of the original agreement may be subject to additional fees and timelines, to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Refund Policy
1. Scope of Policy: This refund policy applies to services provided by iConic Media.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered if iConic Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the project scope and agreement.
Refunds will not be provided for completed work or services already delivered to and approved by the client.
3. Requesting a Refund:
Clients must submit a written request for a refund detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction within [number] days of project completion.
iConic Media reserves the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
4. Processing Time:
Once a refund request is received, iConic Media will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of approval.
5. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the client.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Should the client cancel the project after work has commenced and before completion, refunds will be considered based on the work completed up to that point.
7. Exceptions:
No refunds will be provided for deposits or upfront payments once work has commenced, except where iConic Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the project scope and agreement.
